We do sell second hand rarities through Buy That Record. These are located in all genres listed of the site. We do our very upmost to ensure that these items are in the best possible condition. On rare occasions these items we may have missed a problem with a record. If you are unhappy with the condition of an item you may return for a refund using the system below. You statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please contact us via Returns@buythatrecord.com or phone us on (+44)(0) 1865 744056 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm). We will issue you with a returns number and will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage and the cost of the item. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first. Please be aware that all orders are on a "firm sale" basis and we cannot exchange items unless damaged or faulty.
